Branch Tech Recruitment has partnered with a global leader within the igaming and betting industry who are on the lookout to secure their next big hire. As their IT support team continues to expand they are looking to secure a senior application support engineer to join them on a permanent basis – with their ideal candidate coming into the office as and when needed.
The Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate will be a self-motivated and analytically driven person with an understanding of how imperative time management is. We value ourselves highly and our successful candidate should be able to produce a standard of work that adheres to the time-sensitive deadlines that happen as a natural result of the job, in addition to being able to instil this in junior members of the team through their prior background of mentoring.
Requirements
– Strong Unix/Linux skills.
– Strong Database experience.
– Experience working with Apache/Nginx/Tomcat, HAProxy.
– Experience working with Nagios, Grafana, Prometheus, or similar monitoring tools.
– Experience in Log Management/Aggregation tools such as Graylog or ElasticSearch.
– Previous use of continuous integration tools, ideally Jenkins.
