Branch Tech Recruitment has partnered with a long-standing staple within the sportsbook and betting industry who are on the lookout to secure their next big hire. As their data team continues to expand they are looking to secure a Data Operations Engineer to join them on a permanent basis – with their ideal candidate coming into the office a few times per week as and when needed.
The Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate will be someone who is well organized and adept at both working as a part of the team, in addition, to independently when the situation arises. We’re go-getters and want someone who loves to take a challenge by the horns and deliver top-quality data visualisation. The candidate will play a key role in the business as we are undergoing a large operational data transformation program which will mean the ideal candidate will be working across enterprise-scale systems to solve difficult problems.
Requirements
– Experience with data analysis, data modeling, and governance with excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
– Good skills in MSSQL & PostgreSQL.
– Expertise in using modern data tools (SQL, SSIS, Python).
– Azure experience (Data Lake, Data Factory, Data Bricks).
– Experience with SSRS & PowerBI.
– Exposure and Understanding of Cloud-Based Environments – Azure.
– Exposure and Understanding of Data Warehouses.
