Branch Tech Recruitment have partnered with an industry leader in the Fintech space that works with business owners in ensuring that they have the best cashflow solutions on the market. Providing an innovative credit control and risk tool they have pioneered the on-demand business finance landscape and paved the way for the success of many businesses both big and small. They are keen to secure themselves a Product Owner on a permanent basis within the London area who can join them in their lovely office a few times a week.
The Ideal Candidate
The ideal product owner is someone who is passionate about innovation, they are a champion of inclusivity and no-doubt an inspiring leader for their team of high-achievers. This person can be from a Product Management background, or even a Business Analyst that is ambitious and looking to truly make a difference in an ownership position, there is a preference for someone with fintech experience as we are needing that special person to make an immediate impact.
Requirements
– Proven experience as a Product Owner. Having previous experience as a business analyst is also a plus.
– Confident in their ability to work in a scale-up environment, loving the challenge of owning the product delivery.
– Have a customer and product focus to all your work.
– Have the ability to perform in-depth discovery and create clear requirements for the engineers.
– Proven ability to translate roadmap items, high-level vision, and user feedback into actionable changes within the app.
– Some technical experience is a plus as you will be working with a team of engineers on a regular basis.
