Branch Tech Recruitment has partnered with a global leader within the HR, Compliance, and Health & Safety sector who are on the lookout to expand their already extensive development team with a Lead Test Analyst. They will be working between home and in their Wellingborough office.
The Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate will be a hands-on test analyst who has a keen eye for high-quality code. The ideal candidate will be expected to work with the technical lead on a day-to-day basis in collaborating with the technical and consultancy teams to deliver high-quality software design and deployment. The perfect candidate will have confidence and experience in their ability to meaningfully participate in the entire application lifecycle.
Requirements
– Proven work experience in software development.
– Proven work experience in software quality assurance.
– Strong knowledge of software QA methodologies, tools, and processes.
– Experience in writing clear, concise, and comprehensive test plans and test cases.
– Hands-on experience with both white box and black box testing.
– Hands-on experience with automated testing tools such as Selenium & TestStack.
– Solid knowledge of SQL and scripting.
– Experience working in an Agile/Scrum/Waterfall/DBB development process.
– Experience with performance and/or security testing eg. Burp Suite.
– Competent with Visual Studio (Latest Version).
