Standing ahead of the game for over twenty years, they’ve been continually achieving significant success and with their high-flighting ambitions, the team is in need of growing their ranks with an Online Operations Manager to join their Belgium-based team.
The Ideal Candidate
The perfect candidate would be an individual with a desire to achieve, as you will be responsible for assisting in defining the local market, and the regional strategy while continuously monitoring competitive positioning and future regulations within the region of Belgium we need someone who has prior experience of such tasks and a keen analytical eye. Coupled with this, you will need experience working and laising with other arms of the business to ensure the best possible outcomes to role out the best tactical plans that will benefit the group as a whole.
Requirements
– Experience in a similar role within the iGaming Industry, Sportsbook and Casino, at least 3 years.
– Intricate knowledge of and experience operating in the Belgian market.
– Ability to analyze data and quickly take action and drive change to achieve goals and targets.
– Strong commercial acumen.
– Effective at nurturing and maintaining highly productive working relationships.
– Someone who strives to lead by example and take proactive steps.
– Excellent collaboration skills.
