IT Support Technician

Branch Tech Recruitment has partnered with a dynamic Skelmersdale-based team who are dedicated to revolutionising supply chain, transport, and warehousing solutions across the North West. As their business begins to expand massively, they’re needing individuals to join them on a permanent basis as 1st/2nd line IT support technicians. Note that this role will require the candidate to have a full UK Driving Licence to travel between their sites across the North West.

The Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate will be a self-motivated individual who will take ownership of issues/tickets and ensure that they’re resolved in a timely manner. In addition, they will be able to schedule and prioritize daily tasks accordingly while having excellent customer-facing skills. As we have a team of go-getters who aim to achieve the best satisfaction for our clients possible it is absolutely integral that we have someone who shares our values and best-quality standard.

Requirements
– Full UK Driving Licence.
– A minimum of 1 year providing IT Support.
– MS Office support knowledge.
– Windows 10 Support Knowledge (Ideally MD-100 and MD-101 certifications)
– Demonstration of excellent documentation skills.
– Clear written and verbal English communication skills.
– General networking exposure.
– General server services exposure.
