Branch Tech Recruitment has partnered with a dynamic and outgoing Liverpool-based team of developers who specialize in creating high-quality gaming and entertainment products for their worldwide consumers. As they’ve been continually successful and with their high-flighting ambitions the team is in need of growing their ranks with an Incident & Problem Manager to join their support team on a high level.
The Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate will be a skilled and confident individual with an outstandingly solid background in operational, helpdesk or support within the gambling industry. This will involve prior experience and knowledge of level one and level two analysis and resolutions of complex tasks. Coupled with this, our perfect candidate will have working proficiency of several different technical disciplines. As this role will require stakeholder engagement, and the ability to manage multiple workstreams these aspects of your previous roles will be valued significantly.
Requirements
– Solid operational, helpdesk or support background involving level one and level two analysis and resolution of problems.
– Proficient knowledge of, and/or heavy exposure to, several different technical disciplines such as UNIX, Windows, Linux/Storage, Networks, Web or Database.
– 2+ years of business experience in preferably an incident management position or co-ordinator position in the IT services sector, an iGaming background is a definitive plus.
– Readiness for 24/7 working time system.
– A basic knowledge of IT hosting environments coupled with prior IT support experience.
